Preparation & What to Expect

Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in, enjoy a cup of tea and talk with your therapist.
Wear something comfortable. For oil rituals like Abhyanga and Shirodhara you undress to your comfort level and stay draped throughout. Warm oil may stay in your hair — a hat or hair tie helps on the way home.
Eat lightly beforehand and skip alcohol. Tell us about any health changes, pregnancy or allergies.
Afterwards, drink water and keep the rest of your day gentle. Many guests feel deeply relaxed, a little sleepy, and lighter the next morning.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

To help us provide the best experience for all guests, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full service fee. To ensure every client receives their full treatment time, late arrivals will end at the originally scheduled time. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Refund Policy

Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations or rescheduling requests are made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or no-shows are strictly non-refundable. For group classes, pass credits will be returned to your account if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Class Cancellation Policy

To help us open up spots for guests on our waitlist, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any class cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the class pass or credit. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting our group practice community!
